Great apartment and landlord

I am submitting a review here because I'm renewing my lease for the 3rd time. I have been very happy with my stay here. The land lord is extremely responsive to any and all problems. It's consistently 65-70 degrees indoors during the winter. Apartment hallways are clean and building upkeep is excellent.
