I have lived in these apartments for 3 years now. Rent is reasonable(heat included) - nice rooms and ample parking space. This building looks antique (most places in Cleveland Hts are anyways) - but is maintained very well with new windows, kitchen tops, drawers,etc. Building manager Dorothy Perelman is prompt with replies or sending maintenance workers to the apartments. Actually, I can only think of one problem in the past three years and that was with my refrigerator which was taken care of in a day and I also was refunded!
I would recommend this place to anyone!!
