The building is nice - but the neighborhood is quite spooky - there are a lot of noisy people in the building and I know that a girl moved out because of constant noise.

I also know people have had windows bashed in while parking on the street - and someones car actually got stolen out of the gated lot.

I can also say that I hear a lot of what seems to be chainsaws day and night - which is not pleasing.

In the winter - if you plan on leaving the apartment during a snowstorm - goodluck....the city seems to forget the streets around here and the parking lot is a mess! Also - make sure you dont run any of the stop signs - while people are getting shot and breaking into houses - they seem to be more concerned with you running that stop sign........make sure you meet your neighbord before you move in - lots of nice people - but a lot of people the normal person would not want to live next to.........and the on-site laundry room sucks........

I have to agree. This place was nice.... and then it went downhill. Management does not care about anything. They are totally clueless. I cannot wait to leave in Nov
