Do not move there if you have a choice!!! I lived there from 2006-2007. I had to deal with mice and unresponsive maintainence. The leasing agents in the office were always changing and you were lucky of you could talk to someone on the phone. In the summer is horrible with drug addicts and alcholics sitting out on stoop and fighting and yelling all night. Quite a few times the police have had to be called to break up late night partying. The walls are PAPER THIN!!!! U can hear your neighbors every move and conversation!!!! Only one washer and dryer per evry building,that for the most part were out of order!!!! 2 SUM IT UP THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! OH AND THEN ON TOP OF THAT THEY WANT TO INCREASE THE RENT YEARLY... IF U CAN AFFORD IT AND HAVE A CHOICE, MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

Currently Kamden Village is installing a new security system and all new security doors. New washer and dryers have already been installed. We have worked with law enforcement to keep our property safe. We have familys that are happy to be here because it is safe and quiet. Don't let one sour person deter you from taking a look at us.
