I agree with the second poster, I have lived here for a year. This place is horrible.
The repair men suck, you have to call for weeks to get something major fixed. Rain POURS into our livingroom window running down into the outlet and a/c and as of August we are still waiting for it to be fixed. Our ball joint on our car broke a 130.00 fix, we decided to pay the rent first and fix the car the next pay. Needless to say the car was towed after 1 week, but they give you a parking sticker to go in your window so it won't be towed. The management says its in the lease that an inoperable car can only sit in the lot 24 hours without notification. THIS IS FOR VISITORS!! it clearly states in in the lease. They didn't slip a note under the door relaying their intentions or anything. But they slip a note under your door for late fees or anything else that benefits them. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!
The only redeeming thing is the pool but thats closed 70% of the time anyway. Also only one washer per building (12 units per building)
