I read some of the other reviews and I must say that some of them were written by someone on Kensington's payroll. The apartments overall are nice, but the office staff is totally rude, especially the manager, Deb. She is a total b*tch, very very rude and insensitive to complaints. I was promised that certain repairs would be made to my suite BEFORE I signed the lease. Well I have been here for 10 months and the repairs still have yet to be made. Also, Kensington has a moderate income program. They don't like to admit it, but I found out that while I am paying almost $1000 a month, there are some residents here who live in below market apartments who pay less than $400 a month. The leasing staff confirmed this. I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone at these prices especially when you consider how rude the leasing staff is. I mean come on, Kensignton is right across from Walmart and Tops supermarket and both are very ghetto.

I agree completely- I used to live there and the manager is horribly rude.
