I lived in Kensington previously and totally agree that the office staff must have written some of their own positive reviews! These women are witches with a capital B! Horrible, phony, snooty women who are also racist. I only moved in there in the first place because a lovely young gal originally showed me the place. She quit (she hinted to me that it was her coworkers) , no surprise there. Maintenance requests take a long time to resolve- even though I was told "within 24 hours" when I asked when signing the lease. Too expensive for the square footage, parking garage very expensive. Other parking outdoors is free but a long walk with groceries. I would definitely caution people to stay away from this place!
