Lake Park Tower Apartments

A painful experience From: jhuang1005@msn.com Date posted: 11/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I lived at Lake Park Tower from 2006-2007. When I moved from IL to Cleveland to study in Case, I have no any idea about East Cleveland until someday a guy tried to break into my apartment at 3:00 AM in the morning. There was nobody in the front desk to answer my phone. Their security is completely unreliable. When the winter was coming, the heater didn't work! I talked to them many times and many months, they couldn't fix it. After the expiration of one-year contract, I moved out of that apartment at the end of June. However, that bad experience is still hanging over me: They lied to me many times that they are processing my security deposit. Even I am still trying to get back my security deposit. It seems I have to resort to court to settle the case.
