Yeah, it seems all good....
until you start living here.
I don't even know where to begin.
The property manager, though a really nice guy, is incompetent and makes promises he never fulfills to fix problems in these apartments that are falling apart.
He has way too many apartments to deal with.
You literally have to threaten him to get him to "fix" something (the fix usually involves just doing whatever it takes to temporarily stop the issue...
not actually correcting it).
He does keep the garden looking nice, though.
I have bugs.
Lots of them.
Moths, cockroaches, you name it.
Sometimes they have an "exterminator" come out, but I assure you...
this is no Orkin man.
It's some dude that went to Home Depot and bought a container of Ortho.
This probably relates to my next complaint.
There are dirty, filthy tenants in these apartments that like to sit outside, drink, and scream at you in Spanish.
Some apartments are occupied by multiple families (more than 7 people), so don't even think about living anywhere but the fourth floor.
If you like your life filled 24/7 by loud, latin techno music, this is the complex for you.
