I visited the Metro Lofts as a prospective tentant. I like the building's decor, exposed brick in units and wood ceilings. However I was diappointed in the bland almost cheap feeling kitchen and carpetting. Also the place lacks an office to accept packages or fitness/workout center. The worst feature is the neighborhood...one of the most crime ridden in Cleveland. Oh yeah, when I toured the apt, someone was blasting their music a couple floors down that I could hear in the unit and througtout the building. The lofts only have outdoor secured parking with one spot and no garage. Its okay for price but there are much better places to live.
