I have lived here for 5 years, and it sucks. They dont keep up on the maintenance. Myself and my neighbor take turns vacuuming the hallways, and ceaning the glass windowns at the top. The maintenace guy is a creep, and stares at you everytime u walk by. If they dont like you-be prepared to get harrassed. Peoples cars get broken into, not too long ago, mine and someone elses car got cas syphered out of it in the middle if the night. NOONE CARES! nOT ONCE HAS AN EXTERMINATOR BEEN TO MY HOUSE WHEN I ASKED THEM TO COME.... There is a major spider problem in the summer, and the landlords are rude! MORE OR LESS KNOWN AS FAKE!

Actually, in the 2 years of living at Mid park, i HAVE never heard of someone getting their car broken into! Also they offer garages for 15$ a month, if you weren't so cheap, your car would be safe from theses "break-ins" I think this person is upset about getting evicted for not paying rent or something, like drug use: because out of the 5 people that live in my building, NO one complains, Maintenance is quick and painless. Bug problems are the fault of the rentee, not the complex, keep a clean apartment and you don't have bugs - DO NOT let this review sway you on this complex, it is a great complex!
