Park Ridge apartment complex is nice but, expensive and over priced compared to the surrounding rental market. No utilities are included and due to the lack of energy efficiency in the construction there is an increase in the cost of heat. The windows are thin, single pane and are definitely not efficient. Sometimes it is colder inside the aprtment than on the outside! The monthly rent is high compared to other comparable complex's.
