I have been living at Reserve Square for the last 4 years. Over this period of time, I have seen the overall property maintainence and hospitality of the staff in the leasing office, maintainance and security detoriate immensely.
There are number of floors with noisy and rude neighbors. Used to be a good value for money, but currently is a complete put off!

It's becoming apparent from reading through all these reviews and comments that the particular location where one's apartment is, determines in large part what the experience will be. I read this review years ago, decided to look for myself, and under the corporate, furnished, program took an apartment which has been quiet as a tomb -- except for the contractors' work and the nearby Fire Station. The Fire Station is not a problem when the thermopane windows are closed. The Cleveland Fire Dept. need not run its air horns and sirens full blast at 2:00 AM when this downtown area is substantially deserted with only the occasional car on the streets. My neighbors have been mostly invisible, always inaudible, and when I've encountered them, they have been pleasant. I have been impressed by the fact that materials can pile up at the doors of traveling neighbors, and no one touches the stuff. My impression is that my neighbors know what belongs to them and what doesn't and they don't mess with what doesn't belong to them. It is true that some of the diverse cultures present in some parts of the building do not relate well to common courtesies present among some communities. Examples are holding an elevator door momentarily for someone running for it or holding a door for someone with hands full of packages, etc. I don't think these are meant to be offensive, so much as simply reflective of not thinking of other people. |

I lived at RSQ and before K&D took it over and never was the leasing staff rude. In fact, I'v lived in several apartments and that staff is the best i'v encountered. They were always friendly, smiling, and willing to do whatever they could to help. And I know many peaple who agreed. Sometimes people don't understand that those girls had people above them who made most of the decisions. Unfortunetly, Since K&D bought the building, almost all of the staff is rude and does not care about the residents
