I have lived at Reserve Square for about 4 years now and I absolutley love it. It is in a league of it's own in regards to ammenties... their motto is to "Make Life Easy" and they sure do!! In addition to their great ammenity package the staff is extrordinary! From the manager, Ray, to the leasing staff... if you have a problem they will be sure to take care of it. Customer service and more so customer satisfaction is a strong point for the staff at Reserve Square. The building is somewhat old, but they maintain it fabulously and are in the process of renovating hallways as we speak. Highly recommended!!!!

An anonymous posting with such unbalanced rave reviews is suspicious on its face. Of course, it is possible that "the staff is extraordinary!" I doubt that tenants know who the building manager is now, since most notices are really directives and are signed "Management" or simply "Thank you," and no person wants to be identified as the issuer of the notice. This is part of what K&D means by "service" and the other marketing terms it employs.
