Renovations at Reserve Square have lead to dozens, if not hundreds of contractors taking over the elevator. They are "gutting" the units next door and above us. It is sometime difficult to talk on the phone with the noise. Those who are not early risers beware... the pounding & such often starts at 7:00 AM. Also, our car finish was damaged by the leaking chemicals' in the garage. Speaking of which, the floors that are meant exclusively for apartment tennants are used for anyone who wishes during the day (an added source of revenue for the garage, an added inconvience for tennants!! I imagine when all the problems are addressed & the improvemnents are made it will be a place to consider. BUT FOR NOW DON"T DO IT!
