This place is screwed up. They have new management making all sorts of illogical changes for the worse. The building is practically falling apart. I have huge cracks running down my cement walls. Worst of all the service is terrible. Leasing, maintenance and management do not return phonecalls or otherwise make any effort to keep residents pleased. And now we've all been informed that the rental rates are going up.
