The parking garage is a mess. Caustic liquids leak from the ceiling and destroy the finish of your car. Spots are poorly marked and difficult to find if you get home late. Street level noise makes it hard to sleep as fire engines race up and down Superior at night for no reason. (When was the last time you read about a fire downtown') Half the ceiling tiles in the hallways are stained brown due to leakage. Bums and vagrants wait just outside the entrances. The building is in a state of decay. Elevators take FOREVER. Security has been consolidated down to one desk in the middle of the building so guests can't get in. Maintenance does not return calls. The people in the leasing office just stare at you and know nothing. They should raze the building and start over. I am out the moment my lease expires.

we are out of here as soon as our lease expires also......maybe we should petition to get out now!
