I have lived in Reserve Square for two years. Until K&D took over, I was extremely happy with everything. Now, I plan on moving out when my lease expires.

K&D's goal is to attract new residents. However, its goal should be to keep current residents happy. As an example, they have significantly changed the weight room, replacing many of the free weights with machines. Management refused to listen to residents suggestions regarding the impending changes, and I have been forced to join an outside gym.

Additionally, K&D started charging for electricity. While it is fair to expect residents to pay for what they use, we were told that the charges wouldn't start until September. Well, I'm currently being charged---8 months early! K&D is a dishonest company.

If you want to live in an apartment complex where the managers care about your desires, I strongly recommend living elsewhere.
