When I moved into Reserve Square it was great right down the line from the leasing office personnel, maintenance, to the club in the lobby. Once K&D took over it has gone straight down hill. I didnt use the gym in the first place so I cant comment on it like a lot of people here have. But the other changes have been terrible. They have started charging for utilities, and the meter's in the apartments are ugly as hell. Rent has gone up almost across the board. Parking price has gone up to $80 a month. Not sure what the increase has accomplished (still dirty and my car has been broken into 4 times). The cost to do laundry has gone up, must be to pay for the hospitality of the homeless people that have been watching tv in there. You will need sunglasses to walk down the halls. The elevators take for ever (probably because the freight elevator is always in use by people moving out!) Leasing agents are robots. The old company seemed to know all the tenants by name. Sounds like you are living in a construction site. I had water stains on the ceiling in my kitchen, bedroom, and living room. Fire alarm goes off at least 4 times a week. New security handles packages that dont fit in the mailbox...tries to handle I should say. Water and electricity get shut off every once in a while for testing. How many times does this have to be tested' Its just bad...dont move here. Too bad too, because it could be a nice place.
