RSQ has went severly downhill since K&D has taken over. Equity, the previous owners, were fantastic. They actually cared about the residents. The leasing staff was great. The leasing director, Luciana, was awesome and they did nothing to try and keep her on board. The new manager is inconsiderate & self centered. The new staff is horrible, they act like robots and could give a ---- about your problems as long as they collect your rent. K&D has no clue on how to manage a building... do not rent from them!!!!
