I don't know where to begin here. I stayed in this place for 18 months and it was just one thing after another. The dishwasher didnt work, the closet doors wouldn't close, carpet was dirty. The worst part was the noise - emergency vehicles and sirens day and night - I mean there's no repite ever. Plus there's panhandlers hanging around the entrance all day.
After the K&D group took over the management is rude beyond words. They are basically a bunch of crooks who will cheat you at every turn.
We had a month to month lease for 6 months and they STILL made us pay for the 60 day notice period. Hello ' Whats the meaning of a monthly lease if I have to give a 2 month notice '''
I moved out a month earlier and left the mailbox key with a friend. He was denied entry because apparently when you surrender the keys you have given up possession.
In short, DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT.
