DON'T LIVE IN THE EAST TOWER!!!!
I say if the critters don't pay rent, then they don't belong there. I know that Reserve has new management which has inherited some of the old Reserves past problems----
But pest are unexcusable. I didnt' even know what a roach looked like until I moved there. The roaches are so bad, one day I saw one on the elevator. The explanation i recieved was--- oH the elevator goes down to the basement---(what in the hell did that have to do with anything)
THe first day I moved in i saw a roach--- I should have left then.
NOt to mention that there are crack addicts and drug dealers that stand across the street from the building--- 772 dollar of rent for roaches, crack addicts, constant noise (banging pipes from the heating system).
DON'T LIVE EAST TOWER---- THE WEST TOWER IS MUCH BETTER

It appears that this site made a calculation error and rated your response a 5.0 when it was clearly supposed to be lower. I'd submit another one and just make 1.0 ratings to counterbalance ;-).
