I am reading these reviews and I am not liking it.

I am suppossed to come in a couple of weeks and stay until august for an internship

I also wanted to know if these reviews were extreme because from the sounds of it. I don't want to live there. I am from Detroit so city life I am used to but this sounds ridiculous. Are the apartments really this bad, seriously...roaches' I don't do roaches and would like to hurry up and find another place if at all possible. Can someone please tell me the real'

I would be in my apt mostly on the weekends seeing as I will be at work all day but for as much money as they want and what you all are writing...I'm out.

HELP ME!!!

Hello! I wanted to address your concerns regarding your upcoming move to Reserve Square. The K & D Group purchased the property late last year and has made substantial upgrades to the property including renovated suites, a world-class fitness center and building renovations with new lighting. Please let our 24 hour building and garage security, as well as our ???key fob??? access system, assure you that Reserve Square is a safe and comfortable place to live. I hope you didn't move in but if you did I hope they put you in a renovated apartment---- I've lived in the Reserve Square for a year. Through both managements both Managers would get a satisfactory rating. But the bug problem is serious. It is not isolated. The first day I moved into the apartment to come pick up my keys I saw a roach. And I have been battleing with those darn things ever since. ---- Not to be funny but if you read this site and see all of these bad reveiws it is for good reason. The one thing about reserve square is the more you pay the more comfortable you are. I only pay 700 a month--- maybe that's why I deserve to live in an insect ridden apartment. I'm a very clean person-- some of my friends have said--- I have OCD when it comes to cleanliness---when I moved in and made the management aware of my problem----they were funny enough to suggest maybe i brought them with me----I'm in the process of moving---and sleeping on the baren floor at my new apartment gave me more peace than sleeping in a bed at reserve square.
