Very good experience living here

I'm surprised at all the negative comments since I've had a great experience living at Reserve Square. The location is great if working in or close to downtown, very convenient grocery store, dry cleaner, now a night club and restaurant opened. Newly renovated health club and pool. Very prompt management and maintainence staff and requests are expedited quickly. I would highly recommend this place.
