I moved here last year from Chicago and I just want to speak honestly with the people considering moving in to Reserve square. Maybe I'm just used to a higher standard of living but I would not recommend living in downtown Cleveland to anyone. From what others at my work tell me downtown living is all pretty disappointing so I can't really put all the blame on Reserve Square. But yes, you will see drug deals, bugs, hookers and strippers in your building, strange odors, and old buildings that are difficult to maintain. For me I'm looking forward to moving to a suberb south off 77 which is nicer/quieter and just having a longer drive to my office. Good Luck!
