I have lived here for 4 years, and yes some of the changes have been inconvenient but the place was in desprate need of the upgrades. The place is much brighter, cleaner and it feels new again. I have stopped in the leasing office many times and have always been treated nicely. Maitenance is prompt and helpful. I plan to have my apartment renovated and stay for quite some time.

I use to live here & the only reason I moved was to help with my dying Grandmother. I lived here for 5 years before the new management and loved it. Chance is something you can't stop, you just deal with it or move on. I had a lovely view of the Lake and felt very safe. Yes there are problems in the neighborhood, but that can happen almost anywhere. I think the new Management has done some nice things to the building and has high hope for RSQ. I have moved on to a house but will miss taking the elevator to work and running to the grocery store 5 minutes before closing. I was a part old the crew and was blessed to be hired by the new, give us a chance. Work with us not against us. You might like here even more.

I'm glad both of you have had a great experience with Reserve square. But something must be wrong for some many people to comment the exact opposite. If you read a website where 1 out 10 comments were bad---- you would stray away from that apartment also.
