Can't Blame K&D for everything

As a long term resident I can say that K&D has it's problems but as far as window screens that has been the policy since the building opened and anyone who has lived in Cleveland knows that "Canadian soldiers" Mayflies swarm in the spring.The Roach problem is new but with all the new construction it is not suprising. We have asked for spraying twice and no problem, they showed up on the appointed day but nothing is really going to stop the roaches until everyone is spraying and construction stops. K&D biggest problem is PR and a smile and a Hello is a start
