a bad first apartment!

this is the first apartment I got in Cleveland when I moved here from Chicago. I couldn't wait to get out! although it has amenities like a pool and workout room (both are scummy), the whole building just feels dirty. I made the mistake of renting my apartment "sight-unseen"...unwise! it looked horrible, like it's old and falling apart.
I did really like the supermarket downstairs, and the Dry Cleaners too, and the coffee shop. but this place is NOT recommended!
