We have been here four months and I only have good things to say. No everything is not perfect, but welcome to the world.
The staff is very helpful. They go out of their way to be helpful and I really enjoy each of them. With four kids I get a lot of help from the whole staff. If I need to run an errand and my husband is gone, I let the security guy know and he keeps an ear out for my kids (my teenager watches the younger ones).
The pool are is great. They do a great job of keeping it very clean. They are very friendly and go out of their way to help us.
With the market, subway, and a charter school, (we homeschool) it makes it a wonderful place for families to live.
I would highly reccomend this place.

You MUST be a Homer NO ONE in thier right mind would have 4 childred in the size of these Apts unless you have them sleeping on the floor. As for security watching your children that explains why there is so many UNauthorized people entering the building

It sounds like they're very young. (Maybe I'm reading that _into_ the review, rather than _out_of_ it.) If they very young, this is an example of a review that rests on good intentions but may pave the way to hell. Suppose there were a fire in this building and the "security guy" was keeping an ear out for your kids, as you say. Does he have a key to your unit? Does K&D understand the liability & responsibility he's taking on? This is such a risky situation you're practicing I'm surprised you put it in print. The "security guy" could possibly be fired for doing this and the Management you're trying to praise may find itself doing "day care" or "child care" without a license. This is not to say that I don't understand the enormous pressures on someone with 4 children and the occasional "necessity" to leave them alone and the associated necessity to ask for someone's temporary help, and the reality that it _does_ take a community to raise children -- but you said ".... I get a lot of help from the whole staff."
I'll guess that you haven't vetted "the whole staff" 1% as much as you would the staff of a daycare center. On the other hand, if they're not _very_ young, what sort of mischief do kids get into, and how quickly?
