I've resided at the Resevere Square for 3yrs. and happens to live next door to a Cleveland Police Officer who moved in about a 1 1/2 ago. and since he moved in I've been his target for some reason. Maybe because I am a educated hardworking single ------- American woman (not what he sees in the street) or maybe he thinks I am been calling security on due to his loud music which I am have not. However since then he has directed rage at me. I did called security in the past due to the loud television and loud pounding noise coming from his bedroom (which is next to my bedroom) during the hours of 12:00am to 3:00am. However security did not want to approach his door due to the fact he is a Cleveland Police Officer. I told security "I don't give a rat ass who he is." I need my sleep and shouldn't have to go through this ever single night. I have addressed this to K&D management who did offer to release me from my lease early; it taking time for me to look for brand new home. Of all people, you think living next door to someone of the uniform would be great however in this case it's been a nightmare.

Just wanted to let everyone know my experience here at Reserve Square Apartments has been disappointing.

Here's a perfect example of how K&D could have solved the problem in an obviously better way that did not involve forcing you to go apartment hunting. How about another unit in the building? If that K&D property is 100% full, then contingency planning is not being done. Then, new neighbor for Mr. Police. If new neighbor complains, too, then a track record starts to be built.
