Hi guys
Let me tell u the problems this place has
1. The fire alarm clicks on atleast once a day and after a while you will have to live with the problem.
2. Roaches are so many how so ever you will clean this place up.
3. The gaurds are obnoxious if you have a pkt downstairs from fedex ups or dhl and they dont let you pick up a pkt even for your kid. This guy wanted an ID for my 2 yrs daughter.
I was suprised that my name is not on the folder list with the gaurd though i am on
the lease and they dont lkeep anything updated.
4. There are only 2 elevators in the west tower and it takes 10min to get an elevator and god bless you on the weekends when someone is moving cause they keep one of the elevators blocked for move ins.
5.The indoor pool water is always so cold whether its summer or winter.
6.The jacuzzi has so much bleach and chemicals that your eyes will be irritated for a couple of days after u use it.
PL PL PL stay away from this property if you can.

This person should learn how to spell and tell the truth. In response to your item #3, requiring ID to pickup a package is to protect the tenant and I never saw a roach during my tenancy.
