Sometimes Security and management was very Rude. Sometimes they were also kind, courteous and helpful. I understand because of location in downtown, security is important but they have treat people better and with patience. I had both good and bad experiences, but when it was bad it came down to very rude, disrespectful twice.
PLEASE TREAT PEOPLE BETTER, WITH PATIENCE AND DONT DISCRIMINATE.
