Good:
Reserve Square has nice location being in downtown. Gym is nice...Maintenance is moderate...
Bad:
1- There are inadequate elevators in west tower. You always have to wait couple minutes...
2- Pool is warm but sometimes very dirty. They do not pay attention keeping the pool clean all the time.
3- There is a middle age woman in Reserve Square management (I think she is a manager), you should be careful with her. Sometimes she is rude and un-respectful to the new tenants. She does not now how to talk with the client.
4- Another problem is deposit, it has been almost 2 months that I moved out from Reserve Square and I still did not get my deposit back. However, they do not let you move in before taking the deposit out of your account. It shows K&D's extremely poor management style.
Since they are very untrustable, did anybody get their deposit back. I am afraid I never get my deposit back from Reserve Square.
At the end, I do not recommend this place. If this is your only choice, please be careful about these issues. Do not trust them at all!

Check out rental rights. From my undrstanding rental companies have only 30 days to give you your money back or your entitled to double that amount plus interest.

I just wanted to let you know and anyone else who is having trouble getting their deposit back that in the state of Ohio a landlord must refund your deposit or send you a letter letting you know why they are not refunding your deposit with in 30 days.If you take your landlord to small claims court and they have failed to send you anything you may be entitled to double your deposit.You will want to double check this law but when I worked as a leasing agent a couple of yours ago that was the law.

I also had a similar situation with Reserve Square. They claimed to have sent the check, but perhaps "it got lost in the mail". They then said they sent a 2nd check, but guess what? That one got lost in the mail. Their mailperson should play the lottery with that luck!
