a little bit of this, a little bit of that

I am currently a resident at the Reserve Square and offcourse there are some bad things, however there are some good too.
Pros:
Downtown - walking distance to everything in downtown (I work at CSU and I walk there),
Market in the building - and it is not expencive too!
Nice guards - they are allways eager to help
Quite good price for quite big apartments
New equipment in Fitness room and in Cardio room
Maintainance is ALWAYS - literally - there in the matter of hours if not minutes.
We didn't have problems yet with the management, and they were always helpful.
Cons:
Constant Fire alarms. Fire hazard and so on. It is by far the biggest problem of Reserve Square. They are supposed to be doing some repairs on the system and if I am not mistaken, the alarms didn't go on a false rampage for a long time.
The security lost one of my books sent through postal (they found it a day later).
West tower has only 2 elevators and one of them is constantly in repair or reserved for people who are moving. That is really not good.
So everything is not black and white. Would I reccomend it? To a constant commuter to downtown or to CSU, yes. To a person who goes into downtown twice a year - not.
