I am thinking of moving to Reserve Square. Any new opinions on the 2009 season thus far' I am a bit concerned after reading all these negative comments and after viewing how friendly and nice Statler Arms was. The only negative was the price of parking your car with Statler. Help!

Definitely move to Statler Arms - it's not even close. Even if parking is a little more expensive, you'll appreciate the difference.

This place is absolutely horrible. The garage leaks badly and cars are being damaged. The hallways smell. People walk in from the street freely(security is very lacking). I never feel safe in here. The resident's lobbies are always a mess(doors scratched, posted notes hanging on the walls, shredder machine in the lobby, tacky resident discount sign posted, trash everywhere). The management is terrible(poor service all the way around). I can't wait until I can get out of this nightmare residence.

I don't live there, 2 Guys just got shot coming out of Scorchers Bar, they advertise a Full Service Grocery Store, and it sucks so bad, they have more EMPTY shelves then food.
