I ran across this site looking for another apt. because my job is transferring me and decided to look up Rockside. I've enjoyed living here, every time I need something done maintenance guys do it right away and if I ever have a request the office usually does what they can to accomodate me. I saw that people have complained about not getting security deposits back, my guess is that they didn't read their lease and give notice. Everywhere I've ever lived you have to give notice before you move if you wnat your deposit returned.
