Parking is horrible, often times I had to park five or six buildings away from my apartment just to have a parking space. Tenants are rude, one time I was cut off and almost hit directly because another tenant was trying to park in the same spot as me and circled around me. Children are always playing in the driveways where it's extremely dangerous to be playing even though they have posted signs by the mailboxes indicating that action would be taken if it was reported again - well it keeps happening!

The noise is another story altogether. Upstairs neighbors do not care if their children run around like crazed children creating noise at whatever time they please! Music blaring early in the morning and late at night!

The only compliment I have is that maintenance are the nicest people who are always do their job.
