I've lived here for almost a year and I've never had any more than normal problems. Noise can be an issue here and there, but management is very proactive.

Management is also approachable and maintenance is very punctual and quick.

Bugs were never an issue, parking was fine, and the place has a nice general feel to it.

Apartments are smallish, but for $475, I wasn't complaining.

RENT HERE!
