Great Apartment to Live in Downtown Cleveland

I've been living in Statler Arms for over 2 years and really enjoy it! Actually I referred a friend of mine to move in and he loves it too.
It's an old but solid building (beautiful as well), with many old-time fancy details. The building is kept in excellent condition and everthing inside the apartment -- doors, windows, cabinets, kitchen appliances, closets, bathroom facilities, etc. is top-quality. The hallway on each floor and lobby are also very impressive. The maintenance staff has done a great job in keeping the building clean and well functioning, and they return every request fast (usu. on the same day).
I also feel very safe living there: the elevators must be operated with a key card (assigned only to residents) or sent up by front desk (e.g. if someone visits you and gets your approval over the phone). After dark, people can only get in with the key card. I've never lost a package in mail or lost anything in my apartment.
The rent is pretty reasonale by downtown standard. Personally I think it's a much better deal than the other apartment buildings in the neighborhood, in terms of how much you pay and what you get. The only downside is the parking: the garage is pretty small and old, but way too over-priced -- $150.00 per month.
About the fire, caused by burning cigarretes thrown into the trash disposal unit, never happens again after the maintenance shut down the unit after 10pm every day.
All in all, would highly recommend Statler Arms to anyone who loves urban living. BTW, it's so close to theaters, Progressive field and Q, and I've enjoyed a lot of shows and games!
