This apartment is an excellent value for the money. It remind's me more of a condo than an apartment. I agree with the first resident's comment it is very safe place to live. I accidentally left the lift gate open on my truck. And I did not realize it until early the next morning. When I finally went out to close it everything was in it's original order.

I can honestly say it's one of the safest places I have ever lived. I would also like to add the maintenace guy's are excellent!!! I had a problem with my heat at 11:30pm at night. They were all the way down in Akron which is 45 minutes from here.

And they came and fixed my problem for me that same night within two hours. I really appreciated this especially since it was past normal working hour's and on a weekend. They are the best!!! Only thing I dont like is the shared balcony's other than that it's and Excellent place to live.
