I am a male in his mid 20's (still like to have fun) that just moved to into The Bingham a couple months ago. Before signing the lease I have checked out countless apartments. This includes: Bridgeview, Stonebridge, Quay 55, Crittenden Court, E. 4th Buildings, Perry Payne, Statler Arms, Marshall Place, and even Chesterfield (only because of the rooftop pool). Chesterfield and some of the E. 4th buildings are the only ones you shouldn't even waste your time with. For me personally it came down to The Bingham and the first 3 listed. I loved everything about Stonebridge (Plaza, I hated what I saw in Towers) accept for it's location in the Flatts. I then went on to read a tons of reviews (mostly bad) about it so I quickly dismissed it from the list. At Bridgeview you got a lot of square footage for the money but the places in my price range I saw didn't do much for me. Quay 55 was nice with it's lake front and pool being HUGE PLUSES but it not being walking distance anywhere, DEALBREAKER I quickly took it off the list too. I loved everything about The Bingham the minute I walked in. It felt very warm and very homey. It has the best gym (i believe it's the best for any apartment complex period). Gorgeous community room with billiards and ping pong. The Sun deck that you can just go out at night with some friends to just hang out. After checkin out the suite...it was a done deal... I signed the lease. It has been the most amazing experience living downtown at the best address and absolute best conveniences. We have the convenience of the only grocery store in the area being attached to the building. Liquor store also right below on 10th. Great bars...amazing food and superb night life. A minute walk to west 6th. Most people (a lot seem to be late 20s to early 40s) that we've encountered so far has been super friendly. The staff, notably Justin (leasing), Charles(concierge), and Roy (maintenance), great people. My ONLY COMPLAINT (and it's a huge one) is the thin walls...not a problem for us exactly since it's super quiet but we get complaints all the time when we entertaining some friends...ON SATURDAYS. I understand that we do live in an MDU and have to be a little courteous to our neighbors but some complaints are just unjustified (although some are :p).

This sounds like an insider review job.

This sounds like someone in the management office wrote this. I live in the Bingham now and it is not as nice as they claim. His big issue is the thin walls??? What about the fact that they lowered the rent which means a different cliental is moving in??? This building before was all late 20's early 30's working professionals. Now it is people in college or out of college. What does that mean...parties all week, peeing in the elevators, and a shift towards a more section 8 atmosphere.
