This place advertises itself as luxury apartment, but I do not know where the luxury is here. The management refuses to turn on heat or a/c at the turn of season. Therefore, it is always cold around October and extremely hot in May. The staff is extremely rude and unknowledgable. I often get different answers to a same question from various staff members. The wall is paper thin. You can hear all kinds of noise in the hall and from apartments above you. and if you live by the elevator, you can hear it running all night!! In the summer, the front lobby and parking garage smell like trash. It's absolutely disgusting. The building prides itself as the only one with a roof top pool in downtown cleveland. I'm scared to dip my feet into the pool as it is poorly maintained. The security staff lets anyone into the building, so theft and break-ins happen quite often.
Needless to say I can't wait to move out of this place.
