Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
living in downtown cleveland is real pain considering the lack of decent accomadation and demand for housing.
apt is overall ok but lacks in customer service. the staff are rude, their attitude towards indian residents are particularly racist. specially julia rankin and shirley.they always talk to ------- in terms of legal notice, evictions etc.
