A rasist' may be, but for sure she is sly and unfriendly. Unfortunatelly, didn't cath her name. But she has been there forever. She is the main reason I'm moving out. "Oh, you are not a white american citizen- sorry, but yor rent must be higher."
The building is OK. May be the new manager will do better.
