I just read all 31 reviews of the Chestefield Apartments. As Property Manager I never want even one bad review. But I guess 31 over a perid of a few years is not that bad.
Some reviews are just sour grapes from those who can't be pleased. Some reviews come from those who truly owed money for damages but did not see it that way.
And some reviews were probably honest for the moment.
But overall I have to beleive that the majority of the 407 suite dwellers that live here are happy.
Some people have lived here in excess of 35 years. Many bring in friends for the referal program. And others move back.
Each and every day my staff and I work hard to make this a great building to live in. We have high standards for cleaning and service. We go home tierd but proud of a good day's work.
As manager, I have been in the business 30 years and I know that if there is a complaint I better jump on a solution.
So to those 31 negative reviewers, I thank you for making us better.

How is 30 some reviews with an emberessingly large majority hating the place "not that bad." I want to live at the Chesterfield, but of course getting an apartment involves signing papers to what everyone considers a management team that sucks. You did not even respond to the pertinent issues people described in detail. Sure, deposits are one issue. How about safety? Or the underlings you employ to make people think you care. Why do so many feel marginalized by your staff? I will live in the chesterfield when the reviews on this sight start describing a change they actually saw. Not just one good review amongst 9 negative reviews. Maybe management should spend less time defending thier ability to do thier job. Maybe they should spend less time proliferating the legitimacy of honest and frustrated former tennants. Maybe the management should go do thier job and spend less time on this site with bs responses. I don't live there, but I can smell a poor defense when I see one.
