I don't know what everyone's problem is with the place. They were very helpful before, during, and after move in. As far as I understand, this might be a different management company. The apartments are nice, and affordable for what you get. The workout area is fantastic and I can't wait to use the roof top pool. I looked at comparable apartments, and nothnig was a greater value. I have a 750 square foot apartment for 668 a month. At reserver square, it was 775 for a 650 square foot apartment. Washer/dryer area is clean, nice, takes credit card(very convenient).
