It is horrible to stay here and the worst part comes after you leave the apartment ( after lease), it has been 3 months I vacated the apt and they have not done final settlement. They are holding something $350 with them without paying me. Even repeated inquiry about it went in vain. I need help from someone on how to get that money back.

Hi there, I am in the same situation. I moved out a while ago and have not received any deposit from them. So I asked my friend to visit there and ask the management staff. They told that all of my deposit was gone. When my friend asked for the breakdown of all expense, the list of expense contains a short-term lease fee which I already paid in the monthly rate and the cleaning expense was charged twice with the amount of $125 and $55. This is very unacceptable. I cleaned my room to a point that it looks as clean as when I moved in. It looks like they were just trying to find something to add in the expense list to make my deposit gone. I called them several times and they keeps forwarding my calls to an answering machine. The staff who initially talked to me is Hatcher. After we found out that there was something wrong with my deposit, she asked me for a week to reopen the issue. After that, everytime I called her, she never picked up the call. If you live closeby, I suggest you go there and talk to her directly. Have her pull out the list of expenses and don't be surprise with what you are about to see.

Im continously contacting them. each time i go different person is sitting and giving different reason. earlier they said would deduct some $150 now today other lady saying would deduct $320 (exclu utility bill). I just dont know if can do something legally. do you have any idea? i shouted on that lady today. Something has to be done for these people to stop all this nonsense
