Although pricey when compared to neighboring apartments, Waldorf Towers is a great place to live especially for CWRU graduate students. It is within walking distance of CWRU, shops, and restaurants. Sidewalks and street are kept up during winter. Huge "backyard" that is fun in the summer for bbq's and sunbathing. One nice bonus (esp for students) was the free donuts and coffee in the morning. My 1 BR/1BA was huge and everything worked well (even if on the oldish side). Having heat and AC included is quite a bonus, especially since many neighboring apts do not have AC. Over two years I never had to call maintenance. Moving in and out goes well if you plan ahead. I received back promptly, 100% of my deposit when I moved out.
