Although the apartments may feel dorm-like, I have been happy living here for the past two years. The building has many grad/med/dental/law students and is very quiet. The staff is wonderful and will fix any problems that day or the next day. Two year leases are convenient because they will keep the rent down and indoor parking prices go down - you'll get the chance to renew for a 2 year around October. It is in walking distance of Little Italy and Coventry when the weather is nice - great neighborhoods for walking/running. We also have use of the Cleveland Heights rec center that is cheap and has all newer precor cardio equipment (plus weight machines). I would definitely choose Waldorf again.
