Too $$$ for area and quality of the apartment

The rent is too high. Most people do not stay over a year. The apartments are small and there are many cheaper apartments of equal or greater quality.
Don't expect to get much of your security deposit back - it's impossible to meet their standards of cleanliness.
Underground garage is nice but $480 a year is a bit expensive. Some tenants seem to get parking for free. If you live there negotiate for free parking.
